I Event Description
On one end of the spectrum, some arbitrators and parties follow rigid and formalistic processes that resemble litigation. While these procedures ensure due process, they can limit the flexibility and adaptability that arbitration is meant to offer.
The panel will invite speakers to share some of the more creative case management and procedural mechanisms they have seen or adopted to invite a thought-provoking discussion on whether they work, and test the limits of how far we can go in enhancing procedural efficiency without sacrificing fairness.
